A text will be sent to your phone to schedule a date and time to discuss your project. AFTER your consultation the service agreement contract will be emailed to you. It must be signed and submitted prior to the production of your project in order to prevent your project from being delayed, placed on hold or cancelled.

you will also receive an email in 1 - 2 business days with your service agreement contract and a form to complete with a list of items I need submitted prior to production of your project. Delay in doing these steps will result in your project being delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.

NO REFUNDS on work that is already in production. Your project goes into production once the consultation is complete and your contract has been submitted. 

Approved Refunds will be given if you cancel within 24 hours of booking the service with a 10% processing fee.
